Prices

We‘ve taken into account the many comments and suggestions at exhibitions and shows we’ve exhibited at, and have decided to restructure our packages slightly ….

Option A
The Quickie. From £1000
For clients looking for a high quality, but unfussy record of their day.
A single camera films an hour before the ceremony, up until (but not including) the speeches. This includes the build up to the ceremony, the groom and best man etc greeting guests, the arrival of the bride, the ceremony itself, photo sessions and wedding breakfast…. we would also collect messages from your guests to edit onto the end of the video. We film and edit in exactly the same way as we would for all other packages, but produce a “quickie” highlights video that lasts approx 15 mins. The DVD would be exactly the same broadcast quality and you would still be able to choose the music, but the whole day would be condensed into a very tight and entertaining shorter package. Additional fee if an overnight stay is required £50 per night
For venues outside of the home counties please add 25p per mile from CO10 2SX
Package includes all filming editing, music and DVD production.
Duration of DVD = approx 15 mins
3 x DVDs included in price, extra copies available approx £2 - £3.

Option B
The Wedding Montage. From £2300
A slightly simpler version of the Documentary package. We send one camera operator to arrive approx 1 hour before the ceremony to capture the arrivals, and a little of the behind the scenes activity at the church. We cover the ceremony with one camera which means we edit down the ceremony to be much shorter than reality and show only the main parts, ie vows etc. We’ll film the photosessions, pre meal drinks, speeches and everything up to approx 1 hour after the 1st dance.
The whole of the day is then set to music and edited into a film that is approx 45 mins. Single camera to film the arrivals at the Venue (1 hour prior to the ceremony) and up until an hour after the first dance (if before 9:30) thereafter £25 per hour.
Additional fee to film bride / groom preparations £200.
Additional fee if an overnight stay is required £50 per night
For venues outside of the home counties please add 25p per mile from CO10 2SX
Package includes all filming editing, music and DVD production.
Duration of DVD = approx 50 mins
3 x DVDs included in price, extra copies available approx £2 - £3.

Option C
The Documentary. From £3000
2 x Camera operators cover your big day, from the arrivals, to 1 hour after the first dance. The second camera gives us much better scope to follow the little stories that will come up during the day, from cross cutting between the Bride and Groom getting ready, to shadowing the best man as he runs back to collect the ring, to having a chat with the chef who has prepared your wedding breakfast. This option allows us to give much fuller coverage of the whole day, including the ceremony and the speeches, which both benefit significantly from having two cameras cover them
2 x cameras to film the arrivals at the Venue (1 hour prior to ceremony) and up until an hour after the first dance (if before 9:30) thereafter £50 per hour.
Additional fee to film bride / groom preparations £200
Additional fee if an overnight stay is required £100 per night
For venues outside of home counties please add 25p per mile from CO10 2SX.
